Aviation Business Development Executive – London
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Aviation Business Development Executive to join our dynamic Business Development Team based in London.

We employ over 150 people across our 7 offices in London, Stoke, Singapore, Korea (Republic of), China, The Philippines and Isle of Wight.
We are now expanding our services into the Aviation sector and looking for an experienced Aviation sales professional to lead us to market and successfully build our presence in this space.

There is significant scope for the role to grow as our Aviation offering develops. This role provides an opportunity to be involved in a startup environment but with the support and resources of the parent organization.
We are looking for a hardworking, results driven and confident team member with a strong academic background to join our ever-expanding Business Development team in London. Previous experience in a similar role in sales for an aviation valuation company is preferred. Having an excellent phone and personal manner is a necessity. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work well under pressure, problem solve and be confident communicating with team members and management. There will be an opportunity as the role progresses to travel at home and abroad.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
Identifying new business and generating sales of VV Aviation products. Managing all aspects of the Sales process from liaising with the marketing and PR team on fully trackable campaigns, to having your own lead generation team to finding new prospects and negotiating new deals and partnerships. The successful candidate would be expected to have previous experience of B2B sales, ideally from an aviation valuation company. Work at VV will be vibrant and certainly busy.
Key skills required
- Strong communication skills (listening, questioning, written, verbal) and organisational skills
- Able to work under tight deadlines
- Able to speak other languages a bonus
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work both independently and in collaboration with multiple teams
- Previous experience with Salesforce (preferable)
- Confident at cold calling
- Record of delivering new business sales
- Minimum of 3+ years knowledge/ sales experience in the aviation valuation sector is preferred

Salary: Salary of £35,000 – £45,000 dependent on experience
