VesselsValue are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join their growing Client Services team. The position will be based in our London HQ and will have the opportunity for regular travel and rapid progression within this growing company.

Overview

We are looking for a hardworking, self-motivated and confident team member with a strong academic background and excellent communication skills to join our ever-expanding Client Services team in our London office.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to

The Client Services team manage the existing client base in terms of sales, up-selling and cross-selling. You will be doing telephone-based pitching to existing clients of all the products that are on offer regarding VesselsValue based products, worldwide.

You will be generating new leads and cold calling within existing clients.

Keeping a record of the information in our CRM system (Salesforce), whilst always improving relations with clients. Working within a rapidly growing team in a global tech start up.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Calm under pressure
  • Fantastic phone manner
  • Excellent administrative and computer skills
  • Good attention to detail

Desirable

  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Previous experience in a B2B Sales position
  • Maritime Knowledge
